Villa Elisabeth impresses with its spacious rooms: stucco-decorated arches, double wooden doors, and elegant herringbone parquet flooring give the 1907 ballroom its unmistakable charm. Various rooms of different sizes offer the ideal setting for conferences, workshops, or award ceremonies.
The hall on the first floor can accommodate up to 400 people standing, offers space for 330 guests with row seating, and 200 seats in banquet style. Studios 1 to 3 on the ground floor can be used for catering, backstage, or as seminar rooms. The foyer, with its modular counter system, is ideal for registration and as a reception area with a drinks bar.

Foyer on the ground floor (141 sqm), studio 1+2 (132 sqm, can be divided by a curtain), studio 3 (53 sqm), main staircase. 1 accessible toilet on the ground floor, ladies' toilet on the 1st floor, men's toilet on the 2nd floor. Elevator to the upper floors for accessibility is in planning. Hall: 400 people standing, 300 with row seating, plus 50 people in the gallery, max. 200 with banquet seating. Technical Infrastructure: 12 stage platforms, sound and lighting equipment, projector, screen. Further information on the inventory and floor plans can be found in the download area. One high-voltage connection per floor; however, max. 100 A on the 1st and 2nd floors.

Legal noise protection regulations must be observed after 10 p.m. Driving and deliveries are prohibited on the entire premises between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. Smoking is prohibited indoors.

Villa Elisabeth does not currently have barrier-free access. An elevator is in the planning stages. Events take place on the ground floor and first floor. If necessary, the gallery on the second floor can also be used.
